Michael Jordan, Sketchnote-Inspired Art

Michael Jordan, one of the most admired players in NBA history.  Did you know he was cut from his high school basketball team?  But, he didn’t throw in the towel. In fact, one of his philosophies in life is to never stop trying. He is quoted as saying, “Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.”  Obviously, this attitude has contributed to the success he is today.

It’s National Inventors Day! A perfect time to recognize the contributions made by George Washington Carver. Although many people believe he invented peanut butter, he did not. Carver was a master botanist and he invented more than 300 other products made from peanuts. Enjoy this sketchnote-inspired art in his honor.
